Record-keeping exemption
JAVSnap.com is not a producer, primary or secondary, as those terms are defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, of any visual content that appears on or is linked from the Site. The Site only indexes information about commercially released titles and links to or embeds players from third-party hosting services. The operators of the Site do not hire, contract with, manage or otherwise arrange the participation of any performer.
Producer records
The records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for any such content are kept by the original producers of that content. Questions about records for a specific title should be directed to its producer or studio, which is listed on the title's page where known.
Age of performers
To the best of our knowledge, all persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct indexed on the Site were at least 18 years of age at the time the depiction was created. The Site has a zero-tolerance policy toward any content involving minors or non-consensual acts.
Reporting content
If you believe any content on the Site involves a minor or a person who did not consent, report it right away using the "Report" button on the video page or by email. We will remove it immediately while we review the report and will cooperate with law enforcement.
